Recycled Concrete Products:

1 ½” Flexible Base (TXDOT Item 247 Type D Grade 1)

Flex Base material is our most commonly used product.  Typical applications include road base, parking lot material, and base materialbelow paving.

 

1” Utility Stone

1” Utility Stone is commonly used for backfilling retaining walls and pipe embedment. It can also be used for temporary parking lots and rock driveways.

 

Recycled Asphalt Product (RAP)

RAP is commonly used for parking lots and drive ways, due to its ability to pack down smooth and bind together.   It is also excellent as a topical material for dust suppressant on parking lots, roads, and oil & gas pad sites.

 

3x5” Oversize Material

Oversize material is widely used for construction exits and entrances. It is also great for erosion control.

 

3/8” Chat

Clean 3/8” Chat is commonly used for pipe embedment.

 

Minus 3/8” Screenings (Fines)

Screenings can be used for pipe bedding and manufactured fill material. 

 

 

Crushed Stone Products:

2 ½” Flexible Base

The larger Flex Base is a favorite of the oilfield service companies.  The bigger rock will produce a more heavy duty road and site allowing for the large trucks common in the oilfield.

Sand & Gravel Products:

Concrete Sand – ASTCM C33 (TXDOT Item 421 Approved)

Used in ready-mix concrete, shotcrete, gunite, and grout.

 

Mortar Sand

Mortar sand is most commonly used in brick and stone work. It can also be used in plaster, as arena sand, and playground sand. It is great for outdoor volleyball courts.

 

Golf Course Sand

Can be used in sand bunkers or as divot fill.

 

Pea Gravel

Most commonly used in concrete and asphalt roofing.

 

1” Gravel  (ASTM #57 Stone)

Used in ready-mix concrete, backfilling retaining walls, and pipe embedment.
